Terms of sale

These terms apply when you buy from this website. Arivaa is a brand of Ahmed Trading.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract forms when we accept it, which is when we confirm payment by email. If we cannot fulfil an order — usually because stock ran out between your order and our packing — we will tell you and refund you in full.

Prices

All prices are in Indian rupees and include GST. The tax component is shown separately on your invoice. Delivery is charged at checkout unless your order qualifies for free shipping, and the amount is shown before you pay.

Handmade goods

Our pieces are made by hand from natural leather. Grain, tone and markings vary between pieces and change with use. This is a property of the material, not a defect, and is not grounds for return under our faulty-goods terms — though our ordinary returns policy still applies.

If something is wrong

If a piece arrives damaged or faulty, tell us within seven days and we will repair it, replace it or refund you. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Indian law, and the courts of our registered state have jurisdiction.
